Road Rage Killing: Holbrook's Court Appearance Rescheduled

Livermore man to be tried for murder in road rage killing case.

A will now appear in court on Nov. 3 after his scheduled arraignment on Tuesday was postponed, officials said.

Holbrook and were involved in a . The fight led to Holbrook stabbing Ziesmer with a dagger, with Ziesmer later passing away at a hospital.

Holbrook, a software engineer, is married and a father of two. His attorney has said the slaying was done in self defense.

The Nov. 3 court appearance will be held in Department 513 of the Hayward Hall of Justice.
