SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, CA — Crab feed season is here, so grab your calendars, and get crackin'!

Throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, schools, sports teams, churches, charities and other organizations are announcing dates and details for their always-popular, often all-you-can-eat feasts.

The fundraisers are as varied as their nonprofit hosts — with some billed as family-friendly, while others aim for the 21-and-up crowd with DJs and dancing. Their common denominator: They typically sell out ... and fast.

Peruse our annual guide to find feeds in your community. We include cioppino fests, too, plus some where shrimp or lobster are the dinner stars.

NOTE: This guide is a frequently updated, work in-progress through crab season. As more feeds are announced, we will add them. Bookmark this page as a handy reference, and keep checking in through the season's wind-up in approximately late-March to April.
