Sunset Development Company wanted to tear down the Sunset Office Plaza and replace it with either townhouses, apartments or single-family homes. After a heated meeting with the community at Sunset Elementary School last week, Sunset Development still plans to tear down the plaza but having apartments or townhouses take its place now seems off the table.
