LONG BEACH, CA — Two people were arrested near Long Beach City College Thursday, police said.Police conducted a traffic stop at about 5:37 p.m. in the 1000 block of Pacific Coast Highway. During the investigation, Long Beach police discovered both people in the car were prohibited possessors in possession of firearms.Officers took both people into custody and recovered narcotics and two guns from the car.
