2 Hospitalized After Shooting At Long Beach House Party
The shooter or shooters remained at large Tuesday morning.
LONG BEACH, CA — Two men were hospitalized after a shooting at a backyard house party in the Zaferia district of Long Beach, and the shooter or shooters were at large Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to a home near Orizaba Avenue and 15th Street about 8 p.m. Monday and found two victims with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds, according to the Long Beach Police Department. Both men were taken to a hospital in stable condition, police said.
A large television screen and football-related decorations in the backyard of the home could be seen from video of the scene taken by NBC4 as a search for evidence was underway.

Long Beach police gang detectives were called to the scene, but a motive for the shooting was unclear, the department said.
