LONG BEACH, CA — Solita Tacos & Margaritas, a vibrant restaurant serving up Baja-style, Mexican cuisine, homemade salsas and hand-crafted margaritas, opened its third Southland restaurant last week in Long Beach.

Taking inspiration from charro cooking of northern Mexico, Solita Tacos focuses on creative tacos, an expansive selection of tequila and mezcal, and more than 20 salsas made in-house daily.

Located on the corner of Pine Avenue and Ocean Boulevard, the 318-seat restaurant also offers an outdoor patio.

“We are thrilled to expand the Solita family in such an energetic strip of beautiful Long Beach,” said Randy Sharpe, CEO of Xperience Restaurant Group, parent company of the eatery with locations in Huntington Beach and Valencia.

Solita's sunburst logo reflects its homage to a centuries-old process of celebrating great food and tequila craftsmanship, management said, adding, "Nothing beats the warm flavor of wood-fired food and good friends – and that good queso feeds the soul."
