A damaged power system caused Blue Line service in Long Beach to be suspended Wednesday from Willow Station through the downtown loop.The Metropolitan Transit Authority said bus shuttles are being used while the   damaged train equipment near Anaheim Station is repaired.Riders will experience delays of 15 minutes, the authority said. Service north of Willow Station to downtown Los Angeles is not affected.Long Beach Transit is honoring fares for those traveling into downtown Long Beach.
