LONG BEACH, CA — A Long Beach school aide has been arrested on suspicion of possessing and distributing child pornography, the Los Angeles Police Department announced Tuesday.

Police say officers were investigating another case when they discovered Jaylee Brackman, 22, of Long Beach, was in possesion of child porn and was distributing it.

As a para-professional aide, Brackman works with children who have disabilities, according to police, who released her photo Tuesday in hopes that more possible victims may come forward.

In a statement Tuesday, an LBUSD spokesperson said that although Brackman was working as a contracted service provider with the district, there is no known connection between the arrest and her work at this time.
