SCAN's Independence at Home Offers Free Classes to 55+ & Their Caregivers to Keep them Healthy & Independent

Independence at Home strives to keep older adults and their caregivers healthy and independent by providing direct services to help older adults live safely in the community, building access to programs and services vital for physical, emotional and social wellbeing, and investing in the community through support of community based organizations and partnering with city, county and statewide efforts in key areas impacting older adults.

To reach those goals, each month Independence at Home provides an array of community education classes that help older adults 55 and over adapt to the aging process and learn to manage their health and wellness plan.
