Experience Trading Ages, a training that explains common problems that older adults face on a regular basis. Gain insight on how to better connect with your colleagues, clients, and loved ones who are aging.
SCAN's trademarked age sensitivity training is designed to help professionals who work with older adults. The training helps participants recognize some of the challenges people experience as they age. Through the use of practical examples and activities, participants increase their understanding around age-related changes that can affect behavior and attitudes. Strategies are shared to improve communication and interactions with professional contacts, friends, and loved ones.
