11-Year-Old Los Angeles County Boy Disappears Near Elementary School
Authorities are asking for help finding Irvin Diaz, who was last seen at 6:30 a.m. Monday near a school in Compton.

LOS ANGELES, CA — An 11-year-old boy has been missing since Monday morning when he disappeared near Roosevelt Elementary School in Compton, and police and his family are asking for help finding him.
The disappearance of Irvin Diaz is considered a critical missing person case, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
Diaz, was last seen at 6:30 a.m. Monday on the 700 block of North Bradfield Avenue.

"Mr. Diaz’s family is concerned for his well- being," according to sheriff's department detectives.
Irvin is 4’11”, 120 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, gray Dickies pants, and black Nike shoes.
