2 Killed In Multi-Vehicle Crash In Los Angeles

Two men were killed and two others injured in a multi-vehicle crash in the Westlake community of Los Angeles.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Two men were killed and two others injured in a multi-vehicle crash Sunday in the Westlake community of Los Angeles.

The crash involving four vehicles happened around 12:15 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Olympic Boulevard and Union Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched to assist two patients trapped and in critical condition, the Los Angeles Fire Department reported. Paramedics rushed those adults two people with less-serious injuries to a hospital.

Police confirmed to City News that one of the drivers -- a hit-and-run suspect -- was among the victims treated.

There was no update on the suspect's condition but two passengers in the vehicle were killed during the crash, according to the LAPD. Their identities were not immediately made public.
