"Offering elevated modern American cuisine by Chef Javier Lopez, 71Above boasts breathtaking ocean views from Malibu to Laguna Hills, along with spectacular views of Los Angeles and the surrounding mountain ranges," according to OpenTable. "71Above is a Michelin level experience featuring the finest ingredients, world-class wine list and craft cocktails."

Musso & Frank, famous for being famous, is known for its Old Hollywood dining experience and likelihood of spotting a star at the next table over.

The famed restaurant boasts a 4.8-star rating on OpenTable.

Dal Rae, is a nearly 70-year-old gem that does the classics — Lobster Thermidor, Pepper Steak, Chateaubriand, Prime Rib, Fresh Fish, Lamb Chops, Steak Diane and Cherries Jubilee — right. It boasts a 4.9-star-rating on OpenTable and here is why:

"Opened in 1958, the Dal Rae has maintained its original atmosphere, too, right down to a piano bar with live entertainment," according to the website. "And, most important, it has preserved a tradition otherwise found only in private clubs -- knowing its customers by name and treating them like the most important people in the whole wide world."

One thing to keep in mind. Reservations book up quickly, with about half gone two weeks before Valentine’s Day, according to OpenTable.
