3 Pedestrians In Critical Condition After Being Struck in Westlake
The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
WESTLAKE, CA — Three pedestrians remained in critical condition Friday after being struck by a vehicle while crossing the street in the Westlake District Thursday night.
The crash occurred at about 11 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Sixth and Alvarado streets, according to Los Angeles Fire Department spokesman Nicholas Prange.
"Three patients have been transported by LAFD Paramedics after being struck by a vehicle," Prange said. "All three are in critical condition."

Los Angeles police also responded to the scene to investigate. The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with officers, according to ABC 7.
Ther was no immediate information released about the driver, the victims, or what led up to the crash.
