Amber Alert Cancelled After SoCal Girls Abducted
Authorities released an Amber Alert across Southern California Saturday afternoon.
LOS ANGELES, CA -- Two girls from Los Angeles were found safe after an Amber Alert was issued Saturday afternoon. Los Angeles Police released the alert after they said Kayleigh and Madison Gaines were abducted.
The father, Anthony Lee Gaines Jr., who police initially identified as a suspect, called authorities after hearing about the Amber Alert. The mother apparently called police after she didn't hear from him.
Police said Gaines was in custody.
