American Airlines Flight Reportedly Delayed Over 4 Hours For 'Urine Smell'
The flight from Los Angeles to Dulles Airport in Virginia was delayed more than four hours for a "cabin cleanliness issue."

LOS ANGELES, CA — An American Airlines flight from Los Angeles International Airport to Dulles Airport in Virginia was reportedly delayed more than four hours on Sunday for the smell of urine in the cabin.
Dana Milbank, a columnist at the Washington Post who was on the flight, tweeted that the flight was delayed because the plane "smells like urine." Milbank wrote that he had landed at LAX after a 14-hour international flight from Sydney, Australia.
"Urine-free plane now promised after 2.5 hour delay. Sarah Lee pound cake offered as consolation," Milbank tweeted.
