Body Found Near Baldwin Hills Oil Field: Deputies
The man's body was found in an area dominated by oil drilling equipment in the Baldwin Hills.

WINDSOR HILLS, CA — A man was found dead early Wednesday morning near the Baldwin Hills oil field, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Deputies responded at around 4:25 a.m. to the 5200 block of South Fairfax Avenue in unincorporated View Park-Windsor Hills. The area, located south of Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area, is dominated by oil wells and bounded by La Cienega Boulevard and La Brea Avenue.
An investigation in underway. Deputies have not released any information about the man's identity or cause of death.
