Body Found In Venice, Attacker At Large
Police are investigating the death of a man who sustained multiple head injuries in the early morning hours in Venice.
VENICE, CA — A man was found slain in the early morning hours in Venice Friday, and his killer or killers are at large.
Police responded to a report of a body in the 2400 block of Lincoln Boulevard just before 1 a.m., according to Los Angeles Police Department Officer Jeff Lee.
"It looks like he had sustained injuries to his head and face inflicted by an unknown suspect," Lee said.

Investigators were working to determine if the killing was gang-related or if the victim or suspects may have been homeless, added Lee.
The victim was a Black man estimated to be between the ages of 30 and 40, according to police.
