Man Guilty Of Sexually Assaulting Women On Flight From LAX
During the LA-to-Boston flight, one woman was groped while taking care of her infant, prosecutors said.
LOS ANGELES, CA — A California man on Friday pleaded guilty to assault charges stemming from a groping incident aboard a Boston-bound plane last year, according to the District of Massachusetts U.S. Attorney.
According to federal prosecutors, Jairaj Singh Dhillon, 43, of Modesto, Calif., assaulted two women sitting near him on a flight from Los Angeles to Logan Airport in May 2022.
"The first victim reported that Dhillon, seated in the aisle seat next to her, touched her thigh and groin area while she was taking care of her infant child who was in a car seat in the window seat next to her. The first victim called for help and stated out loud, 'this man just groped me,'" prosecutors said in a news release.

According to prosecutors, Dhillon then grabbed the buttocks and groin of another woman standing in the aisle.
The flight crew moved Dhillon to a separate area of the plane until it touched down in Boston. Massachusetts state police then arrested him on assault charges.
