Crash Shuts Down 2 Lanes On 5 Freeway In Burbank

BURBANK, CA — Two lanes of the southbound 5 Freeway were shut down Wednesday afternoon due to a crash.

The California Highway Patrol has issued a Sigalert just after 11:30 a.m. closing the HOV and No. 1 lanes on the southbound 5 Freeway at Verdugo Avenue in downtown Burbank.

Authorities expected the lanes to reopen by around 12:30 p.m.
