Ella at SIXTY Beverly Hills Now Offers Brunch

Ella, the Umbrella Hospitality restaurant at the SIXTY Beverly Hills hotel is now offering weekend brunch.

Diners pass by the lobby and lounge to enter the restaurant with a large circular bar and a main small dining area with circular tables and brown comfy banquettes. The light bright space houses lush plants and pretty chandeliers, providing an elegant comfortable space.

The brunch includes Mediterranean, Asian and Italian inspired dishes. Sunday brunch includes live music.

Custom cocktails include a spicy Kimchi Bloody Mary, Tongue Tied in Tokyo with vodka, Asian pear, yuzu, galanga syrup and lime. Libations include other house made drinks, rosé, wines and champagne.

Diners can start brunch with their cozy warm cornbread or Kumamoto oysters. Main options include mushroom and Denver omelets; salmon and prosciutto Benedicts; chilaquiles verde; bruleed French Toast; cheeseburger; avocado toast; peach burrata salad and margherita, prosciutto and burrata, pepperoni and breakfast pizzas.
