Estérel Reopens at Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills
New chef brings new dishes and cocktails

Sofitel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills has reopened their Estérel restaurant with a new chef, a new menu and new cocktails.

Chef Fernando Bedolla is now leading the kitchen bringing Latin, Asian and Mediterranean influences to the new menu.



Starters include a tuna poke tostada; sweet glazed pork belly bao with spiced aioli; carnitas bao; charcuterie board; charred Brussels Sprouts; crispy sweet potatoes with garlic fennel aioli and fried oysters. Salads include an heirloom tomato salad with burrata, Caesar salad and a mixed mushroom salad.

Pizzas include a white mushroom pizza with truffle oil, a spicy sausage pizza with capicola and a market veggie pizza.



Main dishes include short ribs with black bean sofrito and fries; buttermilk marinated crispy chicken; a Wagyu burger; roasted double lamb chop; steak frittes; daily fish option and a vegetable risotto.

Desserts include a deconstructed strawberry short cake, brownie with ice cream and a New York cheesecake.
Libations include a refreshing Yoga Deck with Ketel One Botanical Peach and Orange vodka, turmeric ginger syrup and lemon juice; the Elder Fitzgerald with whiskey, St. Germain, passion fruit syrup and lime juice as well as other custom cocktails.

Guests can opt to dine inside in cushy comfy booths with views of the open kitchen or al fresco in the lovely inviting lush garden.
