Jay Leno Breaks Bones In Motorcycle Crash: Report
Just months after suffering severe burns from a gas fire, comedian Jay Leno broke his collarbone and ribs in a motorcycle crash.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Just months after suffering second-degree burns in a garage fire, comedian Jay Leno, once again, found himself ailing after a mishap with an automobile.
Leno broke his collarbone, broke two ribs and cracked his kneecaps in a motorcycle crash last week, he told the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Much like his earlier gas fire, Leno was testing out a vintage vehicle at the time of the crash. He was riding a 1940 Indian motorcycle when he noticed leaking gas, he told the Las Vegas Review-Journal. He turned down a side street, cut through a parking lot and unexpectedly ran through a wire strung across the lot, throwing him off his bike.

Leno in November was working on a 1907 White Steam Car in his Burbank garage when he "got a face full of gasoline," he told People. A spark immediately burned his face.
"It felt exactly like my face was on fire," Leno told People. "Maybe like the most intense sunburn you've ever had, that'd be fair to say."
Leno spent 9 days at the Grossman Burn Center at West Hills Hospital after two skin graft surgeries for second-degree burns, People reported. Leno was back to performing within a week of leaving the burn center.
