Brush Fire Burning Hillside In La Cañ​ada Flintridge

A one-acre brush fire broke out Thursday in La Cañ​ada Flintridge.

LA CAÑADA FLINTRIDGE, CA — A one-acre brush fire in La Canada Flintridge was 75% contained Thursday evening.

The fire was reported about 4:50 p.m. in heavy brush near Alta Canyon Road and Del Oro Drive, according to Supervisor Michael Pittman of the Los Angeles County Fire Department.

The fire department reported at 8:15 p.m. it would be releasing units gradually, Pittman said.

No damage or injuries were reported, according to Pittman.
