Lamborghini Driver Flees After Woman Killed In Hit-And-Run Crash: LAPD

The driver of a Lamborghini involved in a fatal early Monday morning crash remains at large, according to the LAPD.

LOS ANGELES, CA — The driver of a Lamborghini who fled after an early Monday morning crash that killed a woman remains at large, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The crash occurred at around 1:25 a.m. at the intersection of 1st Street and Highland Avenue in Hancock Park, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

KTLA aired video from the scene, which showed a badly damaged Toyota that had spun around before coming to a stop on top of a large boulder. The footage showed the Lamborghini SUV, with its badly damaged front end, nearby.

First responders transported two victims to a local hospital: one male and one female, who were occupants of the Toyota. The woman, who was in her 30s, was pronounced dead at the hospital, police said.

Officers' initial investigation revealed the Lamborghini was traveling northbound on Highland when it collided with the Toyota, which was traveling eastbound.
