Man Fatally Shot While Attending Party In Whittier
Breaking: L.A. County Sheriff's Deputies continue to search for the responsible party.

WHITTIER — Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating the fatal shooting of a 30-year-0ld Hispanic man over the weekend. The man was attending a family gathering at a residence in the 10300 block of Loch Avon Drive in Whittier. He was standing in the driveway when he was shot in the chest by an unknown person at this time. He was transported to a local hospital and pronounced dead.
Detectives say witnesses reported hearing two gunshots, but there is no suspect description at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
