Body Found At Airport Terminal During Thanksgiving Travel Rush

A man was found dead at an airport terminal Wednesday morning, according to police.

BURBANK, CA — A man was found dead Wednesday outside the terminal at the Hollywood Burbank Airport during the height of the Thanksgiving travel rush.

The man's body was discovered at around 8 a.m. in the road outside the main terminal, where passengers are picked up and dropped off, according to the Burbank Police Department.

“Sadly, it appears the individual collapsed in the valet lane and died of natural causes,” a police spokesperson told KTLA

Information on the man's identity was not immediately available. One traffic lane was blocked in the area, but airport operations were not being impacted as the busy holiday travel weekend got underway, police said.
