Man Killed In Shooting During Argument In South LA

The 44-year-old victim was pronounced dead at a hospital after he was transported by paramedics, the officer said.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A man died when he was shot by a man with whom he was arguing in the Chesterfield Square area of South Los Angeles, authorities said Monday.

The shooting was reported at about 7:30 p.m. Sunday at Western Avenue and 65th Street, according to Los Angeles Police Department Officer D. Orris.

Two men were involved in an argument when one of them shot the other, Orris said.
