Porn Star's Flight Shenanigans Will Cost Her $125K

LOS ANGELES, CA — A judge ordered an adult film actress to pay nearly $125,000 to a flight attendant who said the defendant went berserk and assaulted her on a Delta flight from Atlanta to Los Angeles in 2015.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Marc Gross said in his Aug. 8 ruling that plaintiff Jill Buice is entitled to a $123,825 default judgment from Tory Lane, whose real name is Lisa Nicole Piasecki.

Buice sued Lane in August 2016, alleging assault, battery, negligence and both intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress. She had sought $500,000 in damages, consisting of $300,000 for emotional distress and $200,000 for pain and suffering.

According to the plaintiff, Lane was aboard Delta flight 17 on Feb. 18, 2015, when she began yelling at two young girls seated near her. Buice and another flight attendant tried to calm Lane, but she responded by yelling profanities and flailing her hands around, according to the lawsuit.

Buice appeared to have calmed Lane down, but when she tried to shake hands with Lane, the defendant "balled her right hand into a fist" and dug her nails into the skin of the plaintiff's hand, then "violently swung the combined hands upwards, striking plaintiff on the right side of her face," the suit alleged.

Lane continued to yell profanities and assault the crew until the plane landed and she was escorted from the aircraft by Los Angeles police, according to the plaintiff's court papers.

Buice, who lives in Loganville, Georgia, says she suffered deep lacerations and bruising to both hands, bruises to her right cheek, an injured jaw and psychological trauma. She had to miss numerous days of work and still cannot chew food without feeling pain, according to her lawsuit.

"In the aftermath of Feb. 18, 2015, I have experienced tremendous negative impact in many facets of my life that include my work, my family and my overall wellness," Buice said in a sworn statement. "On the job, I have had frequent flashbacks of the assault, some unbearable, that result in great sadness, emotional pain and anger."

Some co-workers teased her for having been punched in the face by a porn star, according to Buice.

"This was very hurtful," Buice said in her declaration. "I don't see these types of experiences every going away because of what happened to me."

Buice says the incident has caused her nightmares and mood swings and has also contributed to her gaining nearly 50 pounds.

"I also have a lot of anger towards the person who assaulted me," Buice says. "She never apologized to me and that hurts me and is painful."
