Prince Harry's Immigration Records To Be Made Public Amid Judge Ruling
A conservative group is pushing for the release of his records to reveal whether he disclosed prior drug use before moving to the U.S.

LOS ANGELES, CA — A U.S. federal judge has ruled that Prince Harry's immigration papers must be made public by the end of the day on Tuesday.
U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols previously ruled in favor of the Heritage Foundation, a conservative group that has been working on getting the records for several years.
The records could reveal if he disclosed drug usage before moving to the U.S., NBC4 reported.

The prince, his wife Megan Markle and their two children have lived in Montecito for several years since Harry stepped away from the royal family in 2020.
Drug use typically doesn't disqualify one from obtaining citizenship, but lying about it could pose challenges for the prince, NBC4 reported. The action could technically result in Harry being ousted from the U.S.
