Shooting Closes Part Of 101 Freeway In Los Angeles, 1 Injured: Reports
One person was taken to the hospital following the shooting, which happened during a fight, according to reports.
LOS ANGELES, CA — One person was taken to the hospital Saturday following a shooting on the 101 Freeway near downtown Los Angeles, according to reports.
The shooting led authorities to shut down the northbound lanes of the freeway for about three hours, the reports said.
KTLA reported the freeway was closed at Mission Road.

Fox 11 reported the shooting followed a fight between two people near the North Mission Road on-ramp about 1:30 p.m., citing the California Highway Patrol. It was unclear whether the person who was taken to the hospital had been injured by a gunshot or in the fight, that report said.
ABC 7 Eyewitness News reported several people were detained but how many was not known.
