  1. In a nationwide first, Governor Gavin Newsom enacted a vaccine mandate for all public and private students in California on Friday. The mandate will take place as soon as January, and is contingent on a vaccine receiving full approval for children.   2. A women's march is coming to LA today: here's the details on when and where streets will be closed. (Los Angeles Daily News)
  3. L.A. County Board of Supervisors awarded $144 Million for projects aimed at improving water quality. $23 million will go the San Gabriel Valley. (Streetsblog Los Angeles)
  4. A fatal crash shut down 405 Freeway Lanes in Gardena on Friday. (Los Angeles Patch)
