Teen Killed In 10 Freeway Shooting; Killer At Large
According to reports, the shooter may have been a motorcyclist.
SAN DIMAS, CA — A 19-year-old man was killed in a car-to car shooting on the San Bernardino (10) Freeway near San Dimas Saturday.
California Highway Patrol officers were called to the eastbound freeway and the Via Verde exit around 2:16 a.m. where they found a white Chevy Camaro on the right shoulder of the freeway, CHP Officer Sean Lough said.
CHP officers attempted to perform life-saving measures on the man prior to the arrival of Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics, who pronounced him dead at the scene, KABC7 reported.

KABC7 also reported that the suspect may have been a motorcyclist. A spokesperson from the CHP's Traffic Management Center had no confirmation.
Video footage from the scene shows what appeared to be a bullet hole on the right side of the Camaro's windshield.

There was no suspect or vehicle information available.
The CHP issued a SigAlert that closed all lanes of the eastbound freeway at the Via Verde exit for several hours while they investigated the shooting.
