2 Bodies Found During Welfare Check In Los Altos
Police have launched a death investigation after discovering two bodies while conducting a welfare check Tuesday afternoon.
LOS ALTOS, CA — The Los Altos Police Department is investigating the deaths of two people whose bodies were found during a welfare check Tuesday afternoon. In a news release, police said officers arrived at a home on the 200 block of West Edith Avenue at 1:20 p.m.
After entering the home, officers found the bodies of two adults. Police said a cause of death has yet to be determined and the identities of the people who died had not been confirmed. According to investigators, there is no threat to public safety and the investigation remains active.
