I spent a lot of time in Spain since my younger sister went to University in Barcelona and my parents or I went every 4-6 weeks to see her. With her as our guide, we went from one end of the land to the other.
I read about a tour recently with a good company which I would recommend - Abercrombie & Kent - 10 days, and they have a group up to 24 people which is ideal.
