Waldorf School of the Peninsula Relaunches Parent-Child Program
Waldorf School of the Peninsula is thrilled to welcome parents, caregivers, and young children back to campus for its Parent-Child Program.
The school’s Parent-Child program supports and empowers parents and caregivers during the early years of 0 to 3. These classes offer a simple, accessible, playful and artistic vision for nurturing the growing family. Through a practice of quiet observation, as well as shared conversation in a safe, accepting space, adults can begin to slow down and strengthen their sense of reverence, understanding, and trust in the innate competence of the young child in accomplishing the developmental tasks inherent to each age and stage.
WSP and our Parent-Child Program welcome families of all identities and backgrounds with open arms and hearts.
The Fall/Winter 2021 Session has openings in the
- Warm Beginnings Parent-Infant Circles
- Mornings Together Parent-Toddler Classes
Classes begin in mid-October. Registration is now open.

Waldorf School of the Peninsula was established in 1984 by a small group of parents and educators, who were motivated by the great need, in the highly technological area of Silicon Valley, for a school that addresses the heart and will as well as the mind of the child. WSP currently serves approximately 275 students in our nursery through high school programs.
