Los Gatos Police Log: Car Crashes Into Tree, Planter Boxes Vandalized
The following crime information was provided by the Los Gatos-Monte Sereno police. The incidents are for the period of Jan. 13-15, 2014.
- Commercial Burglary: 10:01 a.m. Jan. 13 on University Avenue
- Assault/Domestic Violence: 2:39 p.m. Jan. 13 on Lark Avenue
- Embezzlement: 3:42 p.m. Jan. 13 on Pollard Road, a 30-year-old man was arrested for embezzlement
- Mental Health: 5:51 p.m. Jan. 13 at undisclosed location
- Vandalism: 7:39 a.m. Jan. 13 on Belgatos Road, planter boxes and lattice fence were broken sometime during the night.
- Warrant Service: 10:22 a.m. Jan. 13 at Los Gatos Boulevard and Shannon Road, a 29-year-old man was cited for a warrant and a new court date for appearance was issued.
- Injury Accident: 8:29 a.m. Jan. 14 on Shannon Road, a car crashed into a tree.
- Suspended License: 12:26 a.m. Jan. 14 at Los Gatos-Saratoga Road and No. Santa Cruz Avenue, a 51-year-old man was arrested for driving on a suspended license.
- Petty Theft: 8:17 a.m. Jan. 14 on Frank Avenue
- Commercial Burglary: 11:53 a.m. Jan. 14 on Winchester Boulevard
- Check Forgery: 2:33 p.m. Jan. 14 on Blossom Hill Road
- Missing Juvenile: 7:52 p.m. Jan. 15 on Wraight Avenue, a juvenile was reported as a runaway and later returned home.
- Petty Theft: 7:14 p.m. Jan. 15 on Farley Road
- Petty Theft: 2:40 p.m. Jan. 15 on Los Gatos Boulevard
- Bike Theft: 10:28 a.m. Jan. 15 on Winchester Circle, a mountain bike was stolen
- Petty Theft: 8:46 a.m. Jan. 15 on Mitchell Avenue, a woman reported that her vehicle was burglarized
- Petty Theft: 6:23 a.m. Jan. 15 on Oakwood Way, theft from a vehicle was reported.
- Auto Burglary: 3:45 a.m. Jan. 15 on No. Santa Cruz Avenue, two vehicles were burglarized.
- Found Property: 5:17 p.m. Jan. 15 on New York Avenue, a mountain bike was found.
- Residential Burglary: 3:56 p.m. Jan. 15 on Westchester Drive
- Hit-And-Run: 2:54 p.m. Jan. 15 on Oka Road, a vehicle was struck while in a parking lot.
- Lost Property: 9:39 a.m. Jan. 15 on No. Santa Cruz Avenue, a purse was reported lost.
