Intermittent Overnight PCH Closures Expected In Malibu Thursday
Southern California Edison work will cause minor closures in Malibu Thursday and Friday.

MALIBU, CA — Southern California Edison work will prompt intermittent overnight closures on Pacific Coast (1) Highway in Malibu Thursday.
From 10 p.m. Thursday to 4 a.m. Friday, PCH will have intermittent closures at Coral Canyon Road as SCE relocates overhead power lines, according to the city of Malibu.
Some neighboring residents and businesses can expect some noise, vibrations and dust, the city warned. California Highway Patrol will provide traffic control.

Overnight closures also began Monday on PCH between Big Rock Drive and Tuna Canyon Road between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. on weekdays. During these hours, the right northbound and southbound lanes would be closed, reducing PCH to one lane in each direction. This closure was expected to last for 40 days.
