New Leasing Firm Brought on at Malibu Lumber Yard

A new real estate firm, RFK, has been brought on to help bring in new tenants to the Malibu Lumber Yard, it was announced Thursday.

The shopping center, located at 3939 Cross Creek Road, is owned by Glimcher Realty Trust and includes several retailers and restaurants, including James Perse, J.Crew, Intermix, Alice+Olivia, Tory Burch, Maxfield, and Café Habana. 

“We’re incredibly excited to be representing this high-profile destination,” Robert Cohen, President of RKF’s Southern California office, said. “Malibu has seen considerable appreciation over the last several years due to its premier location. The Malibu Lumber Yard will be bringing onboard some fantastic new retailers into the area that will further reinforce Malibu as a coveted destination for locals and visitors alike.”
