Part Of PCH Blocked After Slope Damage

Part of Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu was blocked Thursday morning after slope damage.

MALIBU, CA — Slope damage caused a minor road obstruction in Malibu Thursday morning on Pacific Coast (1) Highway.

The right shoulder on southbound PCH near Coastline Drive was blocked by k-rail after the slope saw severe damage, according to Caltrans.

Caltrans was preparing for reconstruction Thursday, meaning drives should be cautious of roadwork in the area. There was not significant traffic in the area Thursday morning.
