MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —Local writer/photographer Jefferson Graham shot this captivating photo on a glorious Manhattan Beach morning.
"When you have the iconic lifeguard tower at 8th street and a surfer with a bright yellow board walking by, you can't help think, `California Dreaming,'" Graham told Patch.
He shot the image on an iPhone 12 Pro Max.
