Big Power Outage In Manhattan Beach; No Details From SCE Yet
Southern California Edison has reported they are looking into a power outage in the Tree Section, El Porto and Bruce's Beach areas.
MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — A power outage impacting Manhattan Beach residents happened around 6:33 p.m. tonight [Wednesday, Jan. 27] and Southern California Edison has begun to analyze the problem, according to the SCE Power Outage information online.
Some 3,640 customers are without power, according to SCE, which has yet to determine a cause. Residents in the Manhattan Beach Tree Section, Bruce's Beach area and El Porto are reporting they are without power on NextDoor.com. One person said El Segundo is also impacted.
