Skimming devices are designed and installed into ATM machines in order to illegally obtain credit and debit card information. The devices found at the banks were inserted into the card slot that collects card numbers and PIN codes, which are then replicated into counterfeit cards.

Police said it is unknown who installed the devices and how long they were there.
