Family to Hold Vigil for Missing Manhattan Beach Woman
The purpose of the vigil is to ask for the public's continued assistance in finding Nancy Paulikas, who has been missing for a month.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA -- The family of the Manhattan Beach woman missing for a month is planning a vigil for her at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, the site of her disappearance.
Family and friends will hold the vigil at 6 p.m. Thursday to ask the public for their continued help in finding Nancy Paulikas. She went missing on Oct. 15 during a visit to the museum. Paulikas suffers from dementia, authorities said.
She is described as white, 5 feet 7 inches tall, about 140 pounds, with brown-gray hair and blue eyes. She last was seen wearing a red long-sleeve blouse with a white paisley-flower pattern, blue jeans and black and white sneakers.

People attending the vigil are asked to meet at LACMA's "Urban Light" art installation. In addition to Paulikas' family, Manhattan Beach police Sgt. Paul Ford and a representative from the Alzheimer's Association of Greater Los Angeles are expected to speak at the brief vigil.
Anyone with information on Paulikas' whereabouts was asked to call the Los Angeles Police Department Wilshire Station at (213) 473-0476.
