MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —Acclaimed chef David Slay, owner of Slay Steak + Fish House and Slay Italian Kitchen in Manhattan Beach, has some thoughts on how the resurgence of COVID-19 is affecting his beloved industry, according to a report put out by EIN Presswire.

"Being a chef and restauranteur and having had a near fatal dose of COVID-19, I speak with regards to my experience," states Slay.
