Man Steals Manhattan Beach Middle Schooler's E-Bike: Police
Police arrested a man who stole an e-bike from a middle school student in Manhattan Beach.

MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — The Manhattan Beach Police Department arrested a man suspected of stealing a student's bike outside of Manhattan Beach Middle School.
On Thursday, police received a call from a resident who said they saw a man steal the bike and gave officers a description of the suspect. When officers found the suspect the witness described, he ditched the bike and ran into Marine Park toward the skate park, MBPD said.
"The lack of a skateboard, heavy breathing, backpack with a handheld saw, and a matching description helped him standout.," MBPD said in a statement.
