Manhattan Beach SBFC To Face Rolling Hills Fram Vikings In SBPSL Final
The Manhattan Beach South Bay Football Club will face the Rolling Hills Fram Vikings on Sunday in Rolling Hills Estates.
MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — After a long nine-month season, Manhattan Beach South Bay Football Club earned a spot in the 2022 South Bay Peninsula Soccer League final with a decisive 2-0 semi-final win over Redondo Beach United.
Now, the Manhattan beach team (17-1-3) will face the Rolling Hills Fram Vikings (17-2-1) at 11 .m. Sunday at the historic Nansen Field, 15 Hidden Valley Rd., Rolling Hills Estates.
SBFC and Fram compete in the SBPSL’s super-competitive over-48 division and are comprised of rosters filled with former NCAA players. Both teams have been successful within league play and outside, with SBFC most recently winning the 2021 Harvest Cup (Arizona) in October and reaching the semi-final round of the 2022 King Cup (Las Vegas) in January.
