  • 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 15

Discount pre-sale tickets for “The Matchmaker” are available now through 5 p.m. Nov. 7. Pre-sale adult tickets: $12; student or senior tickets: $10. At the box office: adults $15; students and seniors $12. Pre-sale tickets are available at these locations in Manhattan Beach: Patterson Cleaners, 1904 N. Sepulveda Blvd.; Tiffany Cleaners, 1133 Artesia Blvd.; Dietz Bros Music, 240 S. Sepulveda Blvd. Tickets are also available at www.miracostadramaboosters.org ($1 PayPal fee).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: “The Matchmaker” is the latest creative endeavor from the award winning Mira Costa High School Drama Department. Last year the department’s production of “Peter Pan” won best musical at The Pantages Theatre Jerry Herman Awards of Los Angeles and The Fullerton College High School Theatre Festival of Southern California, and their stirring rendition of Arthur Miller’s “The Crucible” also won first place at the same Fullerton festival for best contemporary dramatic scene.
