Sandpipers South Bay Holiday Home Tour: Shopping, Drinks & More
Proceeds from the event will benefit more than 60 local charities, as well as individuals and families in need of emergency financial help.
MANHATTAN BEACH, CA — Sandpipers, a South Bay-based nonprofit organization, will host their 27th Annual Holiday Home Tour Friday, December 6, through Sunday, December 8.
The tour features four homes in various Manhattan Beach neighborhoods, which will be decorated and transformed for the holiday season by top local designers, retailers, and florists for attendees to visit and explore, the press release said. Proceeds from the event will benefit more than 60 local charities Sandpiper supports, as well as individuals and families in need of emergency financial assistance, the organization's press release said.
"We are thrilled to welcome Los Angeles residents near and far to experience the joy of the holidays in the South Bay. Whether it’s the decorations, friendships, featured artisans or the stunning homes themselves, the Sandpipers’ Holiday Homes Tour will not only surprise and delight, but raise the resources to support so many in need," Natalie Radtke, President of Sandpipers, said.

More than 2,000 people attend Sandpipers’ Holiday Homes Tour each year, and it garners support from numerous local businesses and community partners, including Beach Point Capital Management, Manhattan Village, Rockefeller Kempel Architects, Chevron and Southbay Magazine, among others.
This year’s tour will feature the home of an entrepreneur, restaurateur, hotelier and philanthropist family that have a wide-ranging portfolio including Shade Hotels, The Strand House, Rock’N Fish, BrewCo, Rock & Brews and their newest venture, The Brews Hall.

Also debuting on the tour is The Bubble Tap Trailer, a vintage camper trailer converted into a mobile party bar that serves prosecco and other wines on tap.
The Holiday Homes Tour hours will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, December 6, and Saturday, December 7, and 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 8th.

Sandpipers Holiday Market & Cafe
The Sandpipers Holiday Market will feature more than 30 local artisans and restaurants. The Holiday Market is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the Neptunian Woman’s Club (920 Highland Avenue, Manhattan Beach).
Ocean View Rooftop Happy Hour at 200 Pier Avenue
Sandpipers will host the Ocean View Rooftop Happy Hour event from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday at 200 Pier Avenue in Hermosa Beach. This stop on the tour will feature top local restaurants serving delicious food, beer and wine.
Throughout the weekend, a free shuttle service will be provided with stops at each of the homes and the Holiday Market & Café from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Tickets for the tour are $33 in advance and $38 at the door. Tickets are available directly through Sandpipers members, various local retailers and online on Eventbrite or the Sandpipers website.
