MANHATTAN BEACH, CA —Plan on going to the beach Thursday? Here's your outlook on conditions from Surfline via the South Bay Dawn Patrol.

Expect 3-4 ft waves off easing SSW swells, holding Hilda tropical swells, with NW windswells up a notch.

The morning is due to start off with light to variable winds and clean conditions for most areas. An onshore flow will return midday, then there will be light, locally moderate sea breezes for the afternoon.
